That’s why the ACLU of South Dakota and our partnering attorney are hosting a Name and Gender Marker Change Legal Clinic at 5:30 p.m. MT/6:30 p.m. CT via Zoom.
During this virtual clinic, volunteer attorney Kylie Riggins will be providing free legal assistance for individuals seeking to change their name and/or gender markers on their identifying documents in the state of South Dakota.
